On a normal day of tree work the crew and I are doing everything we can to safely and efficiently complete our days worth work to stay caught up and assure customer satisfaction for a job well done, that being said I usually respond to text messages faster than e-mails. I am often at a job site (in a tree), a text message reaches me quicker.
